Sounds Like Teen Spirit has won the audience prize at The Festival of British Film in Dinard.
Playing in competition at the 20th Edition of the popular festival, the film cemented it’s place as a firm favourite with audiences, after similar reactions in Toronto, Seattle and Ghent festivals over the past year.
Jamie J Johnson was in attendance to accept his award after three rapturous screenings of the film, along with Stephen Woolley (Producer) and Kate Lawrence (Co-Producer) of Number 9 Films.
The film narrowly missed out on the Hitchcock d’Or, which was won by Dominic Murphy’s White Lightnin’.
